SAMPLE SALES

Evaluation kits are for business product review

The Sample Shop is intended for importers, distributors, retailers, paint brands and professional buyers evaluating products before a wholesale order. Prices are shown in US dollars and apply only to the listed sample-set contents.

Sample specifications may vary slightly as materials and constructions are updated. We may contact the buyer before dispatch when a listed sample is unavailable or when an address requires a different carrier. An order is not accepted for dispatch until payment and availability are confirmed.

SHIPPING

Tracked international express delivery

Checkout shipping is an estimate based on destination region and the number of kits. Orders normally ship by a tracked express carrier. Remote-area surcharges, restricted destinations or unusually large packages may require confirmation before payment or dispatch.

Import duty, VAT, customs charges and local handling fees are not included unless expressly stated. The recipient is responsible for providing accurate importer and delivery information and paying charges assessed by local authorities or the carrier.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Report damage or an incorrect shipment promptly

Contact us within seven calendar days of delivery if samples arrive damaged, materially defective or different from the confirmed order. Include the order reference, package label and clear photographs. We will review the case and may replace affected items, provide a partial refund or issue a full refund where appropriate.

Because sample kits are assembled for buyer evaluation, returns for a change of mind require prior written approval and may exclude original and return shipping costs. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; completed payment-processing or currency-conversion fees may be non-refundable where permitted by the payment provider.

PRIVACY

Buyer information is used to process the order

We use the contact, company and delivery information submitted at checkout to review the order, process payment, arrange shipment, provide support and meet trade, customs and accounting requirements. Payment-card details are entered on the payment provider's secure hosted page and are not stored by Pamin Brush.

Necessary information may be shared with payment providers, carriers, customs agents and service providers involved in the order. Contact cm@paminglobal.com for an access, correction or deletion request, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.

WHOLESALE & OEM

Bulk orders follow the approved quotation

Website sample prices do not establish wholesale pricing, MOQ, freight or production terms. Bulk, private-label and custom orders are governed by the written quotation, pro forma invoice, approved samples and artwork confirmations issued for that project.
