CONTROL PLAN

Inspection points follow the risks of the confirmed construction. Natural-bristle brushes, molded handles and microfiber roller sets do not use exactly the same checklist.

01Incoming materials

Filament or fabric, handles, ferrules, cores, end caps, frames and packaging compared with the approved specification.

02First-piece confirmation

Dimensions, fill or pile, colors, assembly, printing and pack format checked before volume production continues.

03In-process checks

Visible workmanship, alignment, fastening, roller bonding and rotation monitored during production.

04Finished-product review

Appearance, dimensions, shedding risk, ferrule or handle fit, roller fit and functional details checked by sampling.

05Packing verification

Quantity, assortment, barcode, artwork, carton marks, carton strength and packing method confirmed.

06Pre-shipment release

Final inspection records reviewed before shipment; third-party inspection can be arranged when required.
